The Carol Fund for Animals

The Carol Fund For Animals was established after the tragic death of Carol Chapman and her 14 animals in a house fire in December. Carol was our hero and a savior to so many animals in Santa Clara County.

While she adored all animals, her passion was strongest for special needs cats and kittens languishing in local shelters. Carol never hesitated to take these animals into her heart and home and provide them with care, no matter what the cost.

As such, The Carol Fund for Animals was established to keep this legacy of caring alive. The Fund assists local non-profit rescue groups with costs associated with the rescue and care of special needs shelter kitties. While a group might have passed up a costly special cat in the past, they now can hear Carol's persuasive whisper to "Go for it! My posse is here to help you!!"

We are grateful to the generous donors who are truly the ones that keep this fund going and keep Carol with all of us.
